Undergraduate Programs

Our undergraduate degrees provide a strong foundation in vocal performance, choral artistry, and music education:

Bachelor of Music – Major in Music Studies
With Teacher Certification in Music, Grades EC-12 – Designed for students pursuing a career in music education. Graduates are certified to teach music at all levels.

Bachelor of Music – Major in Performance
A professional degree focused on vocal technique, solo performance, and ensemble experience, preparing students for careers as performers or private instructors.

Bachelor of Arts in Music
A flexible liberal arts degree that allows students to explore a broad range of musical and academic interests, ideal for those considering interdisciplinary careers.

Flexible Enrollment Options

Both Choral Conducting and Choral Music Education offer multiple enrollment options to fit students’ professional and academic goals:

Fall & Spring Semesters – Traditional full-time.

Summers-Only Program – Designed for teacher-conductors who wish to earn a master's degree while continuing to teach full-time.
