Register for Camp

You may begin the process of setting up a registration account at anytime, but you will not be able to register for camp until Monday, March 10 after 5pm.

Residential Campers: $375

Includes: Camp Tuition, On-Campus Dormitory Housing, All Meals, Camp Electives, Camp Dance, Talent Show, Social Events, Final Concert, and T-Shirt

Commuter Campers: $275

Includes: Camp Tuition, Parking Pass, Lunches, Camp Electives, Camp Dance, Talent Show, Social Events, Final Concert, and T-Shirt

Music Packet: $30

Students can purchase their music locally, check out a set from their high school choir program, or purchase one from camp.  All campers are required to have their own 2025-2026 TMEA approved All-State music packet for the duration of camp. Students will have to select either an SSAA or TTBB packet.

Optional 30 minute Individual Voice Lesson: $25 each

 Students can sign up for one or two half-hour sessions private voice lessons during camp.

Discounts

Former Texas All-State Choir Members receive a $50 discount on camp registration.

Groups of 10 or more from the same school receive a $50 discount when registering via group registration (below). 

We are now required to register and perform background checks for all observing teachers. We also provide documentation of Professional Development hours for teachers attending camp. More information will be added soon. 

If you are a choral director registering a group of students, you should use online group registration, now available through the online registration system. This process will allow you to enter student information and will then forward required forms to parents. This process will also allow you to pay student deposits or partial payments using school/booster funds. Groups of students from the same campus receive a $50 discount on camp registration. To receive the discount, groups must be registered by the choir director using the group registration link. 

Limited Spots Available:

Registration in each section is limited. After maximum capacity is reached a waiting list will be formed. Campers on the waiting list will be admitted on a first come first serve basis based on new openings.

Registration for TXST Choir Camp will be through a new platform called Ideal-Logic. To register for camps, you must first make an Ideal-Logic account. Follow the steps below to create an account.

1. Go to https://apps.ideal-logic.com/txstreg if setting up account before registration opens. Once registration has opened you can use the direct link for the desired camp to register.
2. Choose “Non-Texas State Login”, or if you have an @txstate.edu email choose “Texas State SSO” 
3. Create a new Ideal-Logic account by signing in with Google, Microsoft, or click the “Creating a New Account” link. Note: Once an Ideal-Logic account has been set up, you can log in by entering an email and password.
4. Select “I am a parent or guardian registering my child or dependent” and click “continue”.
5. Enter your information. You may receive a one-time code to create a password for your account depending on how you chose to login.
6. Click the catalog tab at top to search for the desired camp and begin registration.
7. You will need to create an account to be able to register for a camp. 

Registration will go live on Monday, March 10, 2025, at 5 pm. Accounts can be made beforehand to make registration go more quickly. Questions? Email choircamp@txstate.edu
